摘要:随着经济的日益发展及市场经济体制的逐步深化，连锁经营已经形成一种现代化组织形式和商业模式，连锁经营以越来越多的连锁形态出现在人们眼前，日用超市、便利店、家电行业、餐饮业、服装行业及医药业等纷纷展开连锁形式，日益显示出其强大的生命力。然而与连锁企业的发展相矛盾的是我国连锁物流配送体系建设还存有很多问题，尤其是配送模式的选择不当、配送方式的相对落后及配送中心的建设等问题严重阻碍了连锁企业的进一步发展。因此,对连锁企业配送模式的选择以及优化研究显得十分迫切。

　　　本文首先分析了当前连餐饮业发展的背景，对国内外连锁企业及其配送系统的发展现状进行分析，简单阐述了配送和连锁经营的定义，指出配送在连锁经营中的重要性。

　　　  本文对三种典型物流配送模式即自营配送、第三方配送、共同配送的概念及使用范围进行了阐述，并着重对自营物流的优劣性进行了详细研究。

　　　  本文通过对龙涎香物流配送流程的分析，指出了现阶段公司配送的相关问题，并指出了相应的发展策略。

ABSTRACT:With the gradual deepening of the development of the economy and the market economy system, chain operation has become a kind of modern organization form and business model, franchise chain form more and more appear in people's eyes, supermarkets, convenience stores, household electrical appliance industry, catering industry, the clothing industry and the pharmaceutical industry have started a chain form, is becoming more and more its powerful vitality. However with the development of chain enterprises paradoxically our chain logistics distribution system still has many problems, especially the problem of distribution mode selection, improper distribution is relatively backward and distribution center construction has seriously hindered the further development of chain enterprises. Therefore, distribution mode of chain enterprises in the selection and optimization research is very urgent.

　　　This paper firstly analyzes the current even the development of catering industry background, the current situation of the development of chain enterprise and distribution system analysis, briefly discusses the definition and distribution of chain operation, and points out the importance of distribution in the chain operation.

　　　In this paper, three kinds of typical logistics distribution mode, distribution, third party distribution, the concept of joint distribution and the scope of use is discussed, with emphasis on the quality of logistics are studied in detail.

　　　In this paper, through the analysis of the process of ambergris logistics, points out the problems related to the stage of the company and distribution, and points out the corresponding development strategy.
