摘要:随着科学技术不断的发展,纯水特别是超纯水在电力、电子、生物医药、化工行业中的重要作用越来越明显。电去离子(EDI)是一种将电渗析与离子交换有机结合形成的膜分离技术,它结合了电渗析连续脱盐和树脂深度净化的特点,并克服了这两种分离技术原有的缺点,EDI技术已成为一种制备超纯水发展趋势。

   电去离子(Electrondeionzation,简称 EDI)是将混床树脂填充于离子交换膜之间并在直流电场作用下实现连续除盐的新型水处理技术。该技术兼具电渗析连续除盐和离子交换深度脱盐的优点,又避免了电渗析浓差极化和离子交换酸碱再生等问题。

   本实验考察了EDI设备在高浓度的进水下,EDI的出水电导率以及在膜失效后进行膜清洗和膜重生所需要的条件和时间。从实验结果上看出在高浓度进水的情况下,EDI连续运行半个小时以上就会使出水水质开始恶化,并且不能自己恢复。在加大电压后,进行EDI膜重生。结果显示,在进水水质不是很低的情况下,EDI膜在短期内很难自己重生,出水水质会不断的恶化,但是降低到一定程度后,就会趋于平缓,但是要重生还是需要连续运行更长的时间。

Abstract:With the constant development of science and technology, ultra-pure water, especially.in electricity, electronics,biomedicine, chemical industry, more.and.more important.role in.the obvious. Electro-deionization (EDI) is.a.kind.of combination.ofelectrodialysis and.ion.exchan-ge. It.combines continuous electrodialysis desalination and.resin characteristics.of deep.purifi-cation and separation.technologies to.overcome these.two shortcomings.of original, EDI     technology has become a development trend of ultra-pure waterpreparation.

  Electrodeionization (Electrondeionzation, referred.to.as EDI) is.the mixed-bed ion.exchang-e resin.filled in between.the membrane and a.continuous DC.electric.field to.achieve a.new  desalination water.treatment.technology. The.technology combinescontinuous electrodialysis desalination desalination and.ion.exchange depth the.advantages and.avoid..the concentration.polarization in electrodialysis and ionexchange acid regeneration and other issues.  

  This.experiment investigated the EDI device under water at.high.concentrations,EDI's wate-r conductivity.and failure in.the.membrane and.the.membrane after.themembranecleaning   conditions.required.for regeneration and.time. From.theresultsseen.in the case.of high.concentrations.of water,EDI will.be resorted.to more.thanhalf.an.hour continuous.operation began.to.deteriorate water.quality, and.can.not ownrecovery. The increased voltage, the EDI film rebirt-h The results showed that water quality is not very low in the case, EDI film in the short term, which his rebirth, the.deterioration.of water.quality will.continue,but reduced.to.a.certain     extent.it.will flatten,.but still.need to.be continuous rebirth Running longer.
