摘要：金融危机之后A股市场一直不温不火，现在更是创下了2200点的历史新低。在这个A股市场低迷的情况下，新三板扩容的消息让投资者们摸不清头脑。有人认为新三板会分流A股一部分资金，使股指进一步下跌；也有人认为新三板的优秀企业以及新的模式会给A股市场带来转机。本文主要针对新三板对A股市场各个方面的影响展开了分析与探讨。

　　　文章的第一部分主要是介绍新三板的由来，第二部分主要从新三板对IPO的影响，对于同行业已上市企业的影响以及对A股市场的影响，第三部分结合第二部分分析了新三板的未来，对于科技创新型民营企业的展望。

Abstract：Since the financial crisis of China's Stock market fell again and again, hit a record low of 2200 points. The Stock market downturn, the news of three new board expansion so that investors lost in the mind. Some people think that the three new boards will divert part of the Stock market funds, stock index fell further; also suggested that the outstanding enterprises as well as a new model of the new board will give the Stock market turnaround.
