摘  要:随着现代科学技术的迅速发展,现代制造业也不断向着高速度,高质量,高精度发展,作为高速加工方法之一的高速数控机床的性能也不断在提高,争取更快,更准,更好。作为高速数控机床核心部件的高速电主轴的性能的好坏,对产品的加工精度起着决定性的作用。

   高速电主轴单元在工作过程中的振动会影响到系统的加工精度,加工的稳定性,工件的表面质量等,直接决定加工成品质量的好坏和机床的使用寿命。通过研究高速电主轴在工作中的振动,找出引起振动的原因。采用相应的方法和措施从源头上减小电主轴的振动以提高加工效率。

   本文通过使用LMS test lab试验仪器,对不同转速下的电主轴进行了振动测试试验,试验结果以频谱图的方式输出,通过分析试验结果,找出振动强弱和不同的转速之间的变化规律,并分析找出减小振动的方法和措施,以提高电主轴性能。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the modern manufacturing industry develops towards high speed, high quality and high precision. As one of the high speed machining methods, the performance of the high speed NC machine tools constant improve to faster, more accurate and better. As a key component of high speed NC machine tools, the characteristic of high speed motorized spindle plays a decisive role in the product machining accuracy.

  The machining accuracy, steady and workpiece’s surface quality are influenced by the vibration in the process of high speed motorized spindle operating, which directly determines the product’s quality and machine tool’s life. Through studying the vibration of the high speed motorized spindle, the reason which causes the vibration are pointed out. The method and measures are proposed to reduce the vibration and improve machining efficiency.

  In this paper, by using the LMS test lab, the vibration test was carried out on high speed motorized spindle at different speeds and the test results are output as the spectrum. Through analyzing the test results, the change rule between vibration and speed are found out, the methods and measures of reducing vibration are analyzed, which can improve the performance of motorized spindle.
