摘要:本论文详细介绍了游乐型坦克玩具车的机电一体设计过程。游乐型坦克玩具车是在模仿原有军用坦克车的基础上有所创新,抛弃坦克的军事用途的装置,如发射炮、防弹墙等,只保留其越障跨壕、冲破障碍物等功能,设计制造出满足游客非专业驾驶需要的、操作简便的大型娱乐玩具。

本游乐型坦克玩具车由柴油发电机提供动力,供给两部交流电动机运行,电动机通过机械结构把动力传给主动轮,主动轮通过齿轮的传动模式带动坦克履带运动,从而带动整部坦克玩具车运动。本设计将在文中阐述其动力源与电动机的选择及主要机械结构的设计过程。

PLC可编程控制器具有稳定性强,可靠性高,系统配置简单灵活,安装简单,维修方便等特点。基于游乐型坦克玩具车的工作环境和操作人群人为因素不稳定, 本设计供电路系统采用PLC控制,实现其各种预期功能。本论文内将详细阐述各种电气元件的选择(包括继电器,交流接触器,控制核心的型号等等),硬件电路的设计并详细说明各个电气路的设计思路以及设计用途。 从而实现设计所预设的各种功能。

Abstract:The present paper introduces the amusement tank toy vehicle's mechanical and electrical body design process in detail. The amusement tank toy vehicle has been innovated from while imitating original military tank, abandons the tank's military–oriented installment, like the artillery launches, the burster preventing course and so on, only obstacle crossing, trench crossing, etc functions are retained. The design satisfies the tourists’ non-specialized driving need, and is the easily operating large-scale entertainment toy.

The power of this amusement tank toy vehicle is supplied by the diesel electric engine, supporting the two motors’ movement. The electric motor passes the momentum to the driving pulley through the mechanism. The driving pulley leads the tank belt’s movement through gear's transmission pattern, thus leads the entire tank toy vehicle to move. This article will elaborate the design’s power supply, choice of electric motors and the main mechanism design process.

The PLC programmable controller has the characteristics of strong stability, high, reliability, simple and flexible system disposition, easy installation and convenient maintenance etc. Basing on the assumption that the amusement tank toy vehicle's working conditions and the operators are not stable, this design uses the PLC control for the circuitry, realizes its every kind of anticipated functions. The present paper will elaborate in detail each kind of choice of electrical elements (including relay, exchanging contact device, control core model and so on), the design of hardware circuits and describes the ideas and purposes of each electricity air course design in detail, thus to realize each kind of the anticipated functions of the design.
