摘要:目的:研究鼠曲草黄酮对糖尿病小鼠血糖代谢紊乱的改善作用。方法:首先采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素( STZ )的方法构建小鼠糖尿病模型,以盐酸二甲双胍为对照,观察连续3周灌胃不同剂量鼠曲草黄酮对糖尿病小鼠体重、空腹血糖、糖耐量、糖化血清蛋白、肝糖原的影响。结果:与正常组相比,鼠曲草黄酮可有效改善糖尿病小鼠的血糖代谢紊乱情况,实验结果显示鼠曲草黄酮可显著改善糖耐量、降低糖尿病小鼠体内的空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白和升高糖尿病小鼠的肝糖原的作用,调节效果优于盐酸二甲双胍相当。结论:鼠曲草黄酮具有有效地调节糖尿病小鼠血糖代谢紊乱的活性。

Abstract:The objective of this paper was to study the activities of Gnaphlium affine flavonoids on blood glucose in diabetic mice. Diabetes was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin in mice. The changes of body weight, fasting blood glucose, glucose tolerance, GSP, liver glycogen of mice were examined. The results showed that the blood glucose of diabetic mice were significantly ameliorated by Gnaphlium affine flavonoids. Compared with diabetic mice group, the levels of glucose tolerance, and GSP of Gnaphlium affine flavonoids group were significantly decreased, and the level of liver glycogen remarkably increased. The effects of improvement were as same as metformin hydrochloride group. Inclusion: Gnaphlium affine flavonoids could effectively reduce the level of blood sugar of diabetic mice.
