摘要：有机氯-六六六的提取和检测是用科学的方法从中药材中提取出有机氯-六六六及检测出有机氯-六六六在中药材中的含量的过程。本毕业论文采用超声提取、气相色谱检测法对云黄连中有机氯-六六六含量的提取与测定。得出最佳超声提取的最佳料液比为1：15，最佳超声功率为40KHZ,90%，最佳超声时间为15min，最佳超声次数为2次,平均回收率得出γ-666的回收率偏高，δ-666的回收率偏低，α-666一般。从精密度得出仪器的稳定性良好，从重现性得出此方法的稳定性良好。

ABSTRACT：Organochlorine - 666 extraction and detection is used the scientific method to extract medicinal powder high-powerdorganic chloride-containing powder - 666 and detect the 666 in Chinese herbal medicine powder high-powerdorganic chloride-containing powder - the content of process. The graduation thesis intends to by ultrasonic extraction, gas chromatography assay on cloud of rhizoma coptidis 666 content of organic - extraction and determination. Obtains the best of the best material ultrasonic extraction liquid ratio for 1:15, best speeding 40KHZ, 100%, optimum ultrasound time for 15min, optimum ultrasound times average recovery for 2 times, that the recovery of gamma - 666 delta - high recovery is low, 666 alpha 666 generally. The stability of the obtained from precision instrument from reproducibility good, that this method is good stability.
