摘  要:毕业设计是专业课教学的综合实践性教学环节,是对大学四年来所学内容的复习和巩固。本设计主要是围绕处理难选锡中矿回转窑高温氯化所产生的收尘溶液中提取有价金属来进行的,对于提取其中的有价金属,采用预中和及铁盐脱砷、中和沉铋、中和沉淀锌镉的分步沉淀工艺。设计说明书针对设计的过程进行了详细阐述:包括工艺计算,主体设备的选择及设计,设备配置的设计,工艺流程图的绘制,以及设备连接图的绘制。并且介绍了平面选型,平面组合的选择,材料的选择及确定和主体结构的具体作法。

ABSTRACT:Graduate courses teaching the integrated design is practical teaching and is the content of the review and consolidation for the university learning.
