【摘  要】出镜记者是我国电视新闻事业发展的产物，电视新闻事业的发展促使行业内分工进一步细化，同时日益复杂的新闻现场也迫使记者频频出镜以满足电视受众更多层次的信息需求。在电视新闻报道中，出镜记者有的直接面对镜头作报道，有的作为新闻事件的调查者深入现场，可以说，电视新闻的报道是否成功，同出镜记者在现场的采访报道与表达有着直接的关系。现场报道和现场采访在当今的电视新闻报道中占有十分重要的地位，美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）更是把现场出镜报道和现场出镜采访推到一个顶峰，中央电视台的新闻节目在这方面也做了很多的改进和改良，预示着出镜记者的队伍将在我国电视新闻界进一步的繁衍和壮大。
