摘要：《喜福会》作为美国华裔文学中最具影响力的作品之一，是中美文化交流与碰撞的产物。作为华裔美国作家，谭恩美以旧中国的父权制度和白人主导的美国为背景，创造性地塑造了四对母女关系故事。通过刻画母亲和女儿在儿时和成年的创伤经历，揭示了美国华裔女性遭遇的心理创伤和对应的创伤治愈方法。

从创伤理论视角出发，在深入研究《喜福会》的基础上，本文重点解读了文中许安梅和罗丝·许·乔丹从经历创伤、不断挣扎到自我救赎的三个阶段。从创伤经历来看，安梅的身上背负着母亲之死和丧子之痛，罗丝则面临着亲眼目睹弟弟之死和婚姻破裂的打击；在不断挣扎阶段，尽管她们失去挚爱，但是她们依旧努力直面内心冲突和学会正确面对失去；到了自我救赎阶段，安梅和罗丝最终通过重建安全感，回忆创伤和重建与他人的联系顺利地实现与自我和解，如同蝴蝶破茧般获得心灵解放。本文为研究美国华裔女性的心理创伤提供了新的视角,希望能提高对她们心理创伤的关注以及为创伤复原提供参考。
