摘要：随着经济全球化的深入发展，会展行业的发展速度迅速加快，时代更高的要求促使着该行业不断迎接新的挑战。会展英语作为一种专门用途英语，在国际商务会展中日益广泛地得以使用。研究会展英语不仅具有一定社会价值和实际意义，而且也是对文学研究资料的一种丰富。本文通过会展英语的相关对话案例来研究合作原则和礼貌原则在其中的应用。研究发现：在会展交易中，根据不同场景灵活运用合作原则和礼貌原则，不仅能给会展话语添彩，活跃交易气氛、增强宣传效果，更能促进销售、增加国际合作机会、提升商务洽谈效率。希望本研究能给会展行业和社会带来帮助。
