摘要：诞生于1986年的女性主义叙事学理论对传统叙事学无不有着深刻而富有革命性的影响。1995年萨拉马戈出版《失明症漫记》时，正值女性主义叙事学蓬勃发展的后期。作为男性作家，萨拉马戈在作品中选择了女性形象的叙述视角，这不仅表现了女性主义叙事学发展后期的新观点与新方法具体体现，更对女性主义叙事学的现代发展有着深远的意义。

本论文运用女性主义叙事学重要人物露丝·E·佩吉的语境叙事学，分析其对若泽·萨拉马戈在《失明症漫记》创作中选择女性叙述者以及对他刻画医生妻子这一女性形象的刻画的影响，并剖析这一女性形象所对应的深层理论含义。
