摘要：在十九世纪中期，第一次女权运动的成功开展对当时的美国社会产生了极大的影响，女性主义思想广泛传播，越来越多女性投入到社会和政治生活中，追求平等与独立。《小妇人》正是在这种背景下诞生的一部女性主义文学作品。小说中描写了马奇家四姐妹摆脱传统观念的束缚，勇敢追求自身的梦想和爱情，并在追求的过程中不断成长的过程。研究小说中的女性主义思想不仅能帮助读者加深对这部作品的理解，还能为现代女性带来启发。本文以小妇人中的自由主义女性主义思想为研究课题，从爱情、家庭、社会的角度，分析马奇家四姐妹的成长过程。
