中文摘要：阅读是一项非常重要的语言学习技能，英语快速阅读是英语学习者快速掌握英语知识的重要途径。在英语快速阅读的过程中的出现各种的问题会导致阅读速度减慢和获取的有效信息减少。本文分析了英语快速阅读障碍主要包括语言学习者缺乏对中西方文化差异的了解而出现的语言学习环境障碍，阅读者自身词汇量不够并缺乏猜词技巧产生的词汇障碍，在阅读中无法对句子结构、语法或代词进行正确判断而形成的语法障碍，阅读者在客观情况下自身没有良好的阅读习惯产生的阅读习惯障碍。又根据不同的英语快速阅读障碍，提出了相应的解决方法。具体方法包括改变阅读者阅读习惯增加英语阅读自信;快速增加词汇量提高猜词能力;了解中西方文化差异，扩宽阅读文化背景;提高英语阅读语感，增加对文章的理解能力。本文有利于提高英语快速阅读能力，并为英语阅读教学提出建议。
