中文摘要：校企合作是高校实现转型发展的重要手段，也是商务英语专业实现人才培养模式创新的重要措施。突破校企合作的瓶颈，探索校企合作的新模式，确保校企合作的有效性和合作质量的不断提高和深化。校企合作是当前高校教育教学活动中最常见的教学方法，在商务英语课程中也得到了广泛的应用。在这种状态下，加强对高校商务英语改革的探索，可以有效提高教学质量。本文首先简要了解了当前商务英语课程中存在的问题，然后从实践教学、教学方法、教学评价等方面提出了改革策略。本文对英语专业校企合作人才培养模式的构建进行了分析和研究，全面阐述了问题的实质和影响，并针对校企合作人才培养的必要性提出了相关的优化对策，为效率的提升构建和奠定了坚实的基础。同时，也指出了我国英语人才专业规划的前景。
