摘要：本文通过实例分析研究区块链技术在金融行业的具体应用，研究区块链去中心化，加密性，高效性及低风险性等优势。同时，区块链作为一门新型技术，其发展仍具有未知性及不确定性。本文通过研究京东金融以及浙商银行两大企业业务中对于区块链的使用情况以及表现形式，一定程度上反映了当今市场中区块链技术的开发以及应用情况。尽管区块链技术存在便利性等巨大的优势，其适用及监管范围仍然存在局限性。因此，本文针对区块链的特性分析其面临的机遇挑战，从银行，政府以及新型小型企业方面出发，对不同部门针对金融行业区块链技术应用进行建议举措。
