摘 要:随着科学技术的发展,尤其是单片机技术和半导体技术的高速发展,利用单片机控制仪器的研究及应用越来越受到重视。目前,随着电子工业的发展,电子元器件急剧增加,电子元器件的适用范围也逐渐广泛起来,并且在应用中我们常常要测定,电容,电感的大小。因此,设计可靠,安全,便捷的电阻,电容,电感测试仪具有极大的现实必要性。传统的测量方法测量不精确,而且测量的范围也比较小,并且十分的不方便,已经不能满足现代高速发展科学的需要。考虑到以上问题,本毕业论文系统以AT89S51单片机为控制器,用C语言编程,采用直观的LED液晶屏显示,外加控制按键和发光二极管提示,方便切换测量档位,其中电阻和电容是采用555多谐振荡电路产生的,而电感则是根据电容三点式产生的,从而实现各个参数的测量。此电阻,电感,电容测量仪具有读取方便、显示直观、功能多样、电路简洁、成本低廉等诸多优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of single-chip technology and semiconductor technology, research and application of SCM instruments are receiving more and more attention. Now, with the development of the electronics industry, electronic components dramatic increasing in the scope of application of electronic components is also increasingly widespread applications, and we often have to check the size of and resistance, capacitance, inductance .Therefore, designing reliable, safe, convenient resistance, capacitance, inductance tester is very necessary .Traditional methods of measurement is inaccurate, and the measurement range is relatively small, therefore, it is inconvenient which can no longer meet the needs of the modern high-speed development of science。Considering above problems, as the controller of this thesis AT89S51 micro controller, C language programming, and intuitive led LCD display, plus control buttons and light-emitting diodes prompt, convenient switch measurement Stalls, Resistors and Capacitors over 555 harmonic oscillation circuit and the inductor according to the three-point capacitance, enabling the measurement of various parameters. Resistance, inductance, capacitance meter with easy to read display and intuitive, versatile, simple, low cost circuit and many other advantages, and has broad market prospects.
