摘 要:本文研究了外源亚精胺(Spd)对NaCl胁迫下毕氏海蓬子光合特性及体内类囊体膜多肽组分的影响。结果表明:在一定的范围内,类囊体膜多肽组分随盐度的升高而增加,外施亚精胺可增加类囊体膜多肽组分。叶绿素含量、光合速率均在低盐度下随盐浓度的升高而增大,气孔导度也在低盐度下随盐浓度的升高而增大,高盐度下受到抑制,而胞间CO2浓度的变化则在低盐度下随盐浓度的升高而降低,高盐度下逐渐升高。外施Spd可提高叶绿素含量、光合速率及气孔导度。

Abstract: In this paper, exogenous spermidine (Spd) on the NaCl stress photosynthetic characteristics and pure amine protein components of the impact,The results showed that:  In certain scope, composition of thylakoid membrane polypeptides along with the salinity increases, the impressed exogenous spermine may increase composition of thylakoid membrane polypeptides . The chlorophyll content, the photosynthesis speed elevate under the low salinity along with the salinity increase, stomatal conductance also elevates under the low salinity along with the salinity increases, under the high salinity receives suppresses, but  under the high salinity elevates gradually ,the intercellular CO2 density's change elevates under the low salinity along with the salinity reduces,Impressed Spd may raise the chlorophyll content, the photosynthesis speed and stomatal conductance.
