摘  要:以大豆猴子毛品种为材料 ,探讨了含有NAA、IBA、青霉素的hogland培养液对大豆苗株高、根数、根长及生长状况的影响。结果表明,在含有1mg/L NAA培养液上大豆苗生根情况优于对照组,根长而粗壮,随着浓度的增加根的数量增多,根长越来越短,且根的颜色趋向于黄褐色;在含有1mg/L IBA培养液上大豆生根情况也优于对照组, 大豆苗根部发育好,呈白色,有较多的侧根;青霉素对大豆生长有明显抑制作用,随着青霉素浓度的提高,大豆苗的生长发育受到越来越大的影响。

Abstract:  This paper studies the effect of the hogland hydroponic which contains NAA, IBA and penicillin on stem length, root number, root length and growth of the soybeans from soybean variety “Houzimao”. The result shows that, in the hydroponic containing 1mg/L NAA, the roots of the soybean grow well than control group, they are long and stout. With the increasing of the concentration, the number of the root is increasing ,the length of the root is shorter and the color of the root tends to brown. The same situation in the hydroponic containing 1mg/L IBA, the root of the soybean grows well and has many branch roots. But the penicillin has the obviously side effect on the growth of soybeans, with the increasing of the concentration of penicillin, there are more and more bad influence on the growth of soybean.
