摘要：随着经济全球化的深入，世界各国之间的文化交际愈发频繁，而饮食文化差异是跨文化交际的障碍之一。本研究主要采用的研究方法为文献阅读法、调查分析法以及对比归纳法。从跨文化的角度分析了中西方饮食文化差异的具体表现和形成原因，使读者能够增加对两种文化的理解。通过阐述“跨文化交际”这门学科的内涵、对比中西方在饮食观念、方式以及内容上的差异，揭示了造成这些差异的深层原因。另外，笔者对于中西方如何有效地避免冲突并互相借鉴彼此优秀的饮食文化提出一些建议，从而更好地促进双方文化的友好交流。
