摘要：以往对政治语篇的研究主要集中在概念隐喻、语法隐喻、篇章隐喻与批评隐喻等方面，本研究试图以一种全新的视角对政治语篇进行分析。选取特朗普在葛底斯堡演说中关于医保改革的语料，运用概念隐喻理论中的MIP程序与架构理论，并结合美国共和党的道德模式，对其进行隐喻架构的定性和定量研究。分析表明特朗普在医保演说中共使用了三种架构，分别是医保责任方, 医保费用和医保覆盖率的架构，其根源与共和党“严父”的道德模式有关。此外，还使用了六种概念隐喻，分别是商业隐喻、旅程隐喻、灾难隐喻、战争隐喻、种植隐喻和建筑隐喻。这些隐喻的使用体现了共和党关注民生，致力于在公众面前树立英雄的形象。

对特朗普医保演说中的隐喻架构研究可以更好地诠释特朗普代表的共和党通过政治隐喻建立的公众形象，解读政治话语中传达出的隐喻架构效力，对今后政治话语中隐喻架构策略的应用提出可行性建议。
