中文摘要：浙江青田县是著名的华侨之乡。 1978年改革开放之后，许多的青田人选择去国外工作及生活。出国已经成为了青田人发财致富的一种途径。巨大的文化差异，是青田华侨跨文化适应的主要问题。跨文化适应是一个复杂的过程, 受到诸多因素的影响。不同学科背景的研究者, 从不同角度研究影响跨文化适应的不同因素。本文通过对部分青田华人华侨的深入访谈，分析了海外青田人在意大利所遇到的困境以及挑战，了解了青田华侨赴意大利的目的，在意大利承受的歧视，以及华侨对中国文化的感受。本研究的发现将有助于其他移民和大学生找到有效的途径来唤醒他们的跨文化意识，提高他们成功进行跨文化交流与合作的能力。
