中文摘要：随着我国落实“一带一路”战略，不断深化对外交流，中国纪录片成为外国了解中国的一个主要载体，纪录片的字幕翻译发挥着更为重要的作用。然而，翻译最大的困难往往不是语言本身，而是语言所承载的文化意蕴。在纪录片《远方的家》之《一带一路》中，不少文化负载词为翻译工作带来极大挑战。

本文以胡庚申的生态翻译学理论为指导，对纪录片中的文化负载词进行案例分析，从宏观和微观角度分析译者所处的翻译生态环境，并从语言、文化以及交际三个维度考察纪录片中文化负载词的翻译。

研究发现，《远方的家》之《一带一路》字幕翻译的翻译生态环境，在宏观层面上，主要为中国的经济实力提高，翻译市场的完善，“一带一路”倡议实施。在微观层面，语言差异以及语言空缺造成翻译困难；字幕翻译受到时间的空间的限制。译者在翻译过程中集中在语言维、文化维和交际维上做出适应性选择转换：语言维上，译者关注中英词法和句法的特点；文化维上，译者采用直译、意译和音译加注等翻译方法弥补文化空缺；交际维上，译者注重交际意图的实现，迎合观众喜好。总之，对于文化负载词的翻译，译者除了要注意语言层面上的转换之外，同时要兼顾实现文化内涵和交际意图的转换。
