摘要：传统的英语阅读课堂多以教师为主导，学生只用负责听课与做题，缺少同伴间的交互活动与合作学习活动。这种模式无法培养学生的合作学习意识与学习主体性，导致学生对英语阅读逐渐失去兴趣，更无法提升阅读能力。“阅读圈”模式是一种课堂阅读教学新模式，又被称作“文学圈”。该模式将学生分为阅读讨论小组，通过承担不同阅读角色的小组成员自我学习与组内合作学习的方式，完成对文本的阅读与理解。

本研究将合作学习理论作为基础，以此来探讨“阅读圈”模式在初中英语阅读课堂教学的可行性，从而验证该模式对初中阶段学生英语阅读兴趣、阅读理解能力与合作学习意识的作用。本研究选取四川省广安市某中学初二的两个平行班分别作为控制班与实验班，前者进行以教师为中心的传统阅读教学，而后者则采用“阅读圈”教学模式，进行了为期三个月的教学实验。

本研究通过分析调查问卷的前后测数据和抽样访谈，发现“阅读圈”教学模式增强了初中生的英语阅读兴趣，并且有利于培养学生的合作学习意识。前后测的试卷成绩结果显示，学生的阅读成绩得到了明显提升，表明“阅读圈”教学模式有助于提高学生阅读理解能力。
