摘要：随着中国在经济上不断发展，其国际地位不断提升。在这种背景下，政府报告的翻译肩负起对外宣传中国的使命，阐释中国的国情、发展的方向以及部分方针政策。《十九大报告》不但总结了五年来取得的成果，而且从政治、经济、外交等多个领域对未来的发展做出规划，是中国政府发表权威信息的重要来源之一。因此，该报告的翻译质量的好坏影响着中国给世界的印象，良好的译文有助于国外读者理解中国，值得研究和分析。

本文以功能对等理论为理论基础，分析《十九大报告》这一政府工作报告的翻译策略，总结出该报告在词汇、句法和语篇中常见的翻译策略，主要对专有名词、无主句、被动句等翻译难点进行案例分析，为政府工作报告的翻译提供建议。
