本文采用文献资料法分析了如何在不同语境下正确理解和选择商务英语词汇，并试图在韩礼德提出的语言的元功能理论视角下，探讨和总结商务英语翻译中词义的理解和选择。通过语言学的角度来分析商务英语翻译中现存的一些问题，发现运用语言学方法与专门的经验空间相结合是解决这些问题的关键。希望能够对国际商务贸易活动的正常发展产生积极的影响，以确保目标受众能够理解商务会话的内容，完成源语中文化信息的准确翻译和传递。
