中西方国家商务活动成功的关键在于商务礼仪，虽然中西方国家是商务活动的主体，但是商务礼仪作为活动中的不可或缺的一部分，对于商务活动的影响是不可小觑的。为此，越来越多的学者对中西方的商务礼仪进行了研究。其中，对于中西方商务礼仪的差异的研究，使中西方国家之间的贸易更为便捷，是现代商务礼仪研究的核心内容。在对中西方商务礼仪差异的研究中，对于中西方国家的商务礼仪的了解是必然要求，通过对差异的比较，使中西方国家之间的商务活动及贸易往来更加顺畅。

本文主要内容分为四个部分。第一部分是中西方商务礼仪差异的影响；第二部分是中西方商务礼仪的特点；第三部分是由于中西方商务礼仪差异所造成的问题；第四部分是上述问题的解决办法。
