中文摘要：随着全球经济发展越来越快，国与国之间的贸易越来越频繁，经济摩擦也有所增加。 在许多商务活动中，虽然来自不同国家的人可以学习对方国家的语言用同一种语言相互交流，但由于文化差异很大，有些商务活动无法顺利进行。本文将从中西文化差异的角度来分析国际商务礼仪的差异。运用了文献资料借鉴法，网上搜集资料和对比分析法，指出了中西方商务礼仪存在差异的原因,并且总结了中西方商务礼仪的对比，对中西方交际语言的对比作了详细的分析，并归纳了商务礼仪在商务活动中的作用。本文分为四个部分，第一部分主要阐述了中西方商务礼仪差异的原因。 第二部分对中西商务礼仪进行了比较，重点对中西语言交际进行了比较。 第三部分论述了商务礼仪在商务活动中的作用，第四部分论述了中西商务礼仪差异的结论.在国际商务活动中，了解跨国商务礼仪的差异。熟悉不同国家的礼仪，掌握跨文化交际技巧，达到有效交际的目标有着十分重要的意义。
