中文摘要：近年来，越来越多的教育界专家意识到英语阅读在英语教学中占有非常重要的作用。通过对英语阅读的探索和研究，国内外专家总结出英语阅读的三种教学模式，来帮助英语教师更好地实现教学目的，帮助学生简单地理解英语课文。这三种模式分别是自下向上法、自上而下法和交互式方法。不同的英语阅读教学模式各有利弊。但是，在不同的教学情境下，我们要使用不同的教学方法。问题是我们如何区分它们?它们的正确用法是什么?我们如何在不同的情况下使用它们？此外，数字化信息时代的来临使网络教学飞速发展，特别是在去年和今年，由于新冠肺炎疫情，网络教学已成为许多学生的主要学习方式。毫无疑问，网络教学给英语教学带来了特殊而严峻的挑战。当英语教师进行网络课堂教学时，他们要重新思考教学过程、教学策略、教学方法，甚至如何在英语课堂上激发学生的学习兴趣。本文首先分析了英语阅读教学模式的发展，并根据大量文献介绍了每种教学模式的优缺点。其次，笔者将分析和网络教学影响下的英语阅读模式所面临的挑战。
