中文摘要：在我们国家，商务英语人才的培养和发展逐渐引起了国家和社会的广泛关注。为了与时俱进，满足社会对应用型人才的需求，高校有必要不断提高商务英语人才培养的质量，并以企业实践为指导，不断推进商务英语教学模式的发展，最终达到培养应用商务英语人才的目标。许多年来，通过吸收以往的经验与教学实践，商务英语教学开始更加强调开发学习者的语言技能。近年来，商务英语作为特殊用途英语语言（ESP）的分支逐步发展起来的。其特点是强调教学必须将职业训练与语言训练的结合起来。一些国家的大专院校早已将商务英语当作一门独立的课程。

本文从商务英语教学模式的定义出发，探讨了商务英语教学模式的特征，分析了企业实践中商务教学模式存在的问题并提出了解决问题的相应对策。
