中文摘要：网络经济可以概括为以计算机网络为基础，以现代经济技术为核心的一种新的经济形态。网络经济的兴起对中小企业的研发、生产、经营和管理产生了很大的影响。我们应该积极应对网络经济发展带来的挑战，抓住网络经济发展带来的商业机遇。现代网络经济已贯穿整个社会，它打破了时间和空间的界限，信息技术给人们的生活带来了方便和快捷。本文主要论述了网络经济对中小企业的影响，首先，通过对网络经济和中小企业两个领域的研究，从而分析出中小企业中的网络经济状况；其次，网络经济的出现势必会影响到中小企业的发展，因此，本文也从网络经济与中小企业的关系入手，探讨了在网络经济背景下我国中小企业的生存与发展，以及概括出网络经济对中小企业的具体影响；为了更好地把握网络经济的发展趋势，为现代企业的快速发展提供一些思路。最后，基于以上研究，本文提出了一些方法和建议，为了使我国中小企业能够更好地应对网络经济。
