摘要：金融扶贫区别于政府的财政扶贫，而且金融机构的努力可能被误解为仅提供简单的债务工具。本文的目的是考察和评价中国农业银行广东分行在精准扶贫方面的努力。在实践中，精准扶贫是通过精准识别等程序来界定的。所采用的方法包括但不限于文献分析、概念分类、定性分析、线性回归等。主要研究结果包括：（1）六因素模型能够较好地解释作为因变量的贫困率。（2）存在一系列的金融机构的模式和实现机制，本文案例利用了政府主导、金融机构主导、产业扶贫等全频谱的模式，但在实现机制方面存在改进的潜力。（3）金融机构和政府的特征决定他们在精准扶贫中是互补的，它们的合作提高了本文案例中扶贫的有效性。
