摘要：长期以来，投资者关系及其对企业的业绩和成长的影响一直是企业研究中的重要话题。本文从被经纪人拜访的次数、被要求在投资者参与平台上与投资者互动的次数、回应投资者交易所平台的次数、在投资者参与方面的举措被美国证交会(SEC)排名的次数，以及是否有“黄金秘书”这五个方面刻画公司的投资者的关系管理，分析投资者关系管理对企业绩效的影响，研究发现投资者关系管理能显著提升企业绩效。
