摘要： 本文主要研究互联网保险的发展，研究方法是通过大数据的分析来判断未来发展前景。包括利用大数据概括我国互联网保险发展史，用大数据说明其潜在的发展优势。为了扩大互联网保险的规模和增强互联网产品的多样性，使其更方便人们的生活水平，笔者基于数据研究和信息收集，提出了自己的意见。 

在案例分析中，本文选取了最经典也是最流行的三个互联网保险案例，我们可以通过这三个案例来看到中国互联网整体发展现状。它们分别是电子商务货运保险、配送准时保险和互联网医疗保险。在案例研究中，我将解释文章研究的背景，分析互联网金融的优势和劣势，以及它对互联网保险的巨大促进作用。通过对三个案例分别进行的分析和研究，笔者也提出了解决当前困境的措施。 

最后，针对现行监管的不足，为了确保监管政策和现下管理制度跟得上互联网的快速发展，笔者提出解决方案，主要包括开拓渠道，鼓励产品创新，不断增强保险的多样性，提高服务质量，加强法律规范，完善和补充保险相关法律。
