This unit is the sixth unit in the Second volume of Grade 8 Go for it. This unit mainly focuses on "legendary fairy tales". Language skills and language knowledge are designed based on this central topic. The content of this unit is similar to the topic that students are interested in real life. Therefore, in teaching, teachers should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, encourage them to speak boldly and use English to express the inner meaning related to this topic to express their feelings to students. Cultivating students' attitude and guide them to tell fairy tales in English.

For grade eight students, some students have already had some basic English learning and have acquired a little simultaneous interpreting of the different traditional characteristics of American family life. Generally speaking, they are still very few. The arrangement of courses is closely related to students' lives. They are also very interesting topics. In the course of English learning, we should improve the communicative ability of language. Teachers should guide students to generate communication in the preset tasks. Students can speak and share with each other. This will help them better use the textbook knowledge and improve the comprehensive use of language ability.
