一、教材内容分析   

 

This is the fifth unit, Volume 2, Grade 7, of the compulsory education 

curriculum standard experimental textbook English (New Goals). Words in this unit are 

mainly focus on "describing animals, personal hobbies". In this unit, students should master the "why" questions and give corresponding answers, and be able to describe animals 

fluently with the vocabulary and sentence patterns they have learned to express their 

personal interests. There are four periods in this unit.

On the one hand, due to students' young age, their world outlook and outlook on life 

have not yet been formed and they lack self-control ability, but their rebellious psychology has emerged, which makes it necessary for teachers and students to communicate with each other. On the other hand, with the increase of the number of courses, the mastery of 

learning methods is becoming more and more important. Teachers should adopt the method of "learning before teaching, stratified teaching" to guide students to take the initiative to 

learn and master learning skills, so as to greatly improve class efficiency. On the basis of 

"learning before teaching, stratified teaching", teachers should strengthen the training of 

some students, so that the top students have always been in the leading position, guide and 

encourage other students to study hard and encourage them to maximize their learning
