中文摘要：短期游学在近些年来越来越成为了大学生的选择。短期游学是指在一个游学目的地停留2周以上，和当地人同吃同住，真正生活在文化环境中而不是惊鸿一瞥。参加游学项目，学生能够了解到语言之外的东西，知道外国人的生活方式是怎么样的，东西方价值观的不同等隐性文化，真正达到“长见识”的目的。当学生参加这些项目时，他们不可避免地会遇到跨文化适应的问题。跨文化适应是指在不同的文化群体进行持续的相互交流和接触时，不断做出自我调整，最终达到适应的过程。

近些年来，关于参加短期游学学生的跨文化适应问题并没有足够的研究。本研究运用问卷调查和访谈来探究两个问题：1）在短期游学过程中，参与者的语言水平，社会支持，文化差异以及跨文化适应态度与跨文化适应是否相关？2）在短期游学过程中，大学生是怎样解决他们的跨文化适应问题的？从问卷调查研究发现，语言水平，文化距离，跨文化态度与跨文化适应过程相关。从访谈结果来看，大多数学生都选择改变自己来适应新环境并且最终的适应结果都还不错。本研究结果展现了参加短期游学学生跨文化适应的真实状况。本研究，研究结果以及建议可以作为一个参照物，能够帮助学生在较短的时间内融入新环境，帮助学校建设更加优秀的短期游学项目。
