中文摘要：“汉语热”的不断升温，学习中文的人数不断增加，随着各教育大纲不断强调跨文化交际能力的重要性，对于汉语国际教育专业人才的要求也变得越来越高。跨文化交际能力成为了衡量汉语国际教育人才的一个重要标准，因此培养跨文化交际能力越来越受到重视。然而目前，对汉语国际教育本科生的实证研究还比较少，无法为汉语国际教育人才的培养提供具有现实意义的指导。本研究以杭州师范大学汉语国际教育专业的本科生为研究对象，借助陈国明和Starosta的跨文化敏感度量表对大一到大三的学生进行跨文化敏感度的测评，并结合访谈了解学生对跨文化交际能力以及平时相关课程和活动的个人看法，以期为提高学生们的跨文化交际能力提供数据支持和指导。研究显示杭师大汉语国际教育专业本科生的跨文化交际能力处于中高水平，并且在跨文化交际中学生愿意给予专注和尊重，但是信心不高和愉悦度不够是普遍存在的问题。对于提高跨文化交际能力来说学生普遍认可学院课程及活动安排存在一定帮助但是仍不足够。
