摘要：当前机械化的初中英语教学模式在一定程度上抑制了学生创造力和自主学习能力的发挥，新课程改革强调要激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生积极主动参与课堂，积极思考，小组合作完成项目。教学过程在教授知识的同时，还要注重学生各方面能力的培养和提高。项目式教学模式借助互联网信息技术，将英语教学与真实生活情境相融合，通过实施项目进行教学活动，让学生在完成项目的过程中实现英语知识的习得和各方面能力的提升。

--本文主要介绍了项目式教学的实施方法，并采用观察法和问卷调查法对项目式教学模式在初中英语中的应用做了调查。通过调查研究表明在初中英语教学中实施项目式教学有其实施的局限性，但同时具有很大的可行性。项目式教学模式对老师和学生提出了更高的要求，对教学模式的改革和提高学生学习的积极主动性、创造性有一定的推动。本文希望有助于改变初中英语教学现状，提高初中英语教学效果，提高学生的创造力和自主学习能力。
