摘要：《普通高中英语课程标准》（2017年版）提出了以活动为基础的英语学习概念，此概念对初中英语阅读教学改革有重要意义。当前初中英语阅读教学中，存在学生的课堂参与感较弱，所学知识与主题意义脱节的状况，阻碍了学生的英语学习和英语学科核心素养的培养。本次研究通过课堂观察及访谈的方式进行，在调查分析当前初中英语阅读教学课堂中存在问题的基础上，探索如何基于英语学习活动观进行初中英语阅读教学，以提高初中英语阅读教学效率，促进学生核心素养的发展。

研究启示如下：（1）教师应主动提升自身专业素养；（2）教师要重视在阅读教学中设立主题情境；（3）教师应树立整体教学观念；（4）教师要完善应用实践活动，帮助学生深入理解文本主题意义；（5）教师应注重教学活动的层次性，同时激发学生的学习主动性。
