中文摘要：目前,随着全球化经济的快速发展和人们的生活水平的日益提升，人类对自然资源的过渡开发、对生态环境的污染以及对生态平衡的破坏也越发严重。人类毫不节制的行为已经遭到轮回报应。轮回思想认为：世界万事万物都有轮回，控制轮回的是每个人自身的业行动力，每个人的所作所为都会有其轮回。基于此本研究采用因果分析法和比较分析法,从轮回思想的理念、价值观及其在现实中的体现等方面来研究轮回思想对新经济的影响。研究发现：轮回思想观念虽由来已久，但内容复杂、结果统一。其次，它关于对生态环境的保护和以人为本的理念在循环经济以及科学发展观里起着举足轻重的作用；不仅能引领人们树立正确的价值观还可以促进社会经济的和谐发展。
