中文摘要：随着经济水平的飞速发展和互联网技术的不断进步，英语逐渐成为世界上使用人数最多的语言之一。因此英语的地位和作用也更加重要。在现代社会的新形势下，商业活动的内容和形式不断与时俱进，丰富创新。其中跨境电子商务模式发展尤为迅速。在买卖双方交易过程中，非英语母语的一方可能会对英语语言产生歧义或者误解，甚至导致交易纠纷。因此，商务英语已经逐渐成为跨境电子商务活动中不可缺少的组成部分。

本篇文章不但让我们拓展了跨境电子商务行业的专业知识，而且结合当前跨境电子商务发展的趋势，使我们对商务英语有了更加精准的研究。首先本文通过文献研究方法，总结了电子商务的基本概念和特点，其次阐述了跨境电子商务在本国和其他国家的发展情况，再次归纳了商务英语的发展历史，并将商务英语与传统英语对比，以此来分析商务英语的特点。通过这种方式来分析商务英语在跨境电子商务活动中的应用。此外在文章中着重强调阅读，写作，口语的重要性。与此同时也加入了许多商务知识，为商务英语人才的培养提供了方向。

跨境电子商务在各国贸易中越来越重要，因此有必要了解跨境电子商务和商务英语的有关知识，保证与国际形势接轨。近年来商务英语的理论基础得到了丰富的发展并且在实际情景中商务英语的作用也十分重要。分析商务英语在跨境电子商务中的应用情况，对我国商务英语专业的教学水平和实践应用有很大的帮助。
