中文摘要：对于绝大多数中学生而言，学习英语更多的只是为了应付考试，教师也将大部分的时间和精力都放在读和写上，从而导致学生听、说能力十分的薄弱,学生的综合英语水平大幅下降。因此，在中学里大多数学生在进行英语学习时会遇到很多问题和障碍，使得他们对英语学习逐渐地失去了兴趣。基于这种情况，中学学校英语听力教学已经到了必须加强的地步，教师和学生的学习重点都必须重新回到听力的提高上来。许多该领域的国内外学者对如何有效地提高英语听力做了很多的研究，研究认为学习英语的关键是培养和提高“听、说、读、写”四种基本能力。在这四种能力的培养过程中，培养听的能力尤为重要，是英语学习的基础和奠基石。听力能力的提高是听出来的，平时多听多练，听的水平才能逐渐提高，提高了听力水平，才能为培养听、说、读、写全面发展的高素质英语人才打下坚实的基础。
