Abstract
English learning is not an independent existence, but a comprehensive unity of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Based on the TBLT, this dissertation discusses the teaching strategies to improve the oral English ability of junior middle school students, which are divided into six chapters. The first chapter expounds the importance of oral English learning in junior middle schools, the second chapter discusses the characteristics of TBLT, the third chapter analyzes the current situation and the problems that still exists in English teaching in middle schools, the fourth chapter discusses the importance of TBLT in English teaching, and then proposes teaching strategies to improve junior school students' oral English expression ability under TBLT. The last chapter makes a conclusion.
