摘  要:餐饮与人们的生活息息相关，有各种因素影响着餐饮空间的变化和发展。当今社会，由于人们生活节奏快，工作压力大，为此创造一个舒适、轻松、温馨的餐饮环境是非常有必要的。考虑到实际情况，餐厅面向各个阶层不同的顾客，男女老幼，面向面广阔。

　　　这个餐饮空间的风格选择了简欧风格。简欧风格的特征主要是以米黄大理石、简欧风格图案的地毯、欧式壁纸、欧式水晶大吊灯、简欧古典装饰画、布艺窗帘、白色条纹圆形罗马柱等，来表现简欧的浪漫与华丽。简欧风格不同于传统古典欧式风格的富丽堂皇，它比较接近于现代简约风格的感觉。在门窗家具上多采用白色或浅色调；在造型上，多使用线条，有简练的直线，又有优雅的弧线。简欧风格是在古典欧式上传承的。用现代代替古典，用局部代替整体。用现代清新自然的色调，来表现传统古典欧式的繁华与优雅，使空间能够变得更加的温馨和舒适。

　　　简欧风格虽然不过分的装饰出传统古典欧式风格一样的金碧辉煌，但是有受欧洲传统文化的熏陶。主要表现在整体上使用十分特色的欧式元素，用局部来渲染浓厚的欧式气氛。又结合了现代风格的简洁，整体感觉就像是在浪漫的欧式情怀上现代简约的感觉。简洁但并不简单，让顾客充分融入这样的餐饮环境，在享受就餐的乐趣中感受到简欧的舒适与温馨。

ABSTRACT:Dining with people's lives, there are various factors that affect the restaurant space changes and developments. Today's society, a person's work pressure, fast-paced life, thus creating a comfortable, relaxed, cozy dining environment is very necessary. Taking into account the actual situation of different restaurants for all walks of customers, young and old, for the face is broad.  

　　　This style of restaurant space chose simple European style. Simple European style characterized mainly beige marble, simple European style patterned rugs, European wallpaper, European-style crystal chandeliers, simple European classical decorative painting. Sew curtains. White striped round Roman column and so on. It is relatively close to the modern minimalist style feel. Furniture, doors and windows use more white or light colored; in shape, more use of lines, there are concise and straight, but elegant arc. Simple European style is based on the classical European style, with simple instead of complicated, instead of using local overall, the use of modern high-profile bright colors, not only embodies the tradition of classical European elegance and luxury, but also adapt to modern life more simple and comfortable.
