中文摘要：商务英语专业是一门兼具复合性和实践性的新兴学科,并在不断探索应用型专业建设过程中不断发展完善。学科的特殊性要求商务英语专业教师需要具备扎实的英语理论功底,还需要具备商务实践能力,因此对双师型师资队伍建设也提出了更高的要求。目前，校企合作是培养“双师型”商务英语教师的有效途径之一。在构建“双师型”人才队伍的过程中，商科专业应成为培养的主要阵地和培养教师的主要渠道。加强对自身教师的培养是商科专业学生的责任和义务。双师型师资队伍建设需要学校、政府、社会和企业的综合投入,着眼于教师的终身从业生涯,对教师进行职前培训,最终培养出共性与个性兼具的复合型专业人才。因此，有学者指出，加强校企培训对打造商务英语“双师型”教师具有积极作用。校外培训对商务英语“双师型”教师建设具有一定意义，有助于提高教师的实践能力。因此，教师队伍建设具有必然的意义。
