中文摘要：随着国家体制的不断改革和深化以及 “一带一路”的建设和投入使用，各行各业对商务英语专业人才的渴望愈演愈烈。2017年10月18日，习近平总书记在十九届人民代表大会报告中指出，要进行深化产业教育的融合，加强校企教育。这标志着产教融合势必执行，校企教育成为当代高校教育的根本。而针对“一带一路”、进一步改革开放的政治诉求，如何更高效与国际融合，成为校企融合中商务英语专业人才培养的主要目的。商务英语对国家之间的交流起到了重要作用，所以高院校加大了英语教学力度，继而培养出具有实用能力、自主学习的英语人才，为国家的发展起到了重要作用。因此，国家都迫切地需要商务型人才不仅要掌握商务专业知识，同时还要具备英语交流能力。在信息技术不断增长的时代，互联网已经走进了人们的生活当中，社会急需大批商务英语人才，英语实用技能是对人才的基本要求，为了培养更多的商务人才，高校教育必须打破传统的传授型教学模式。

本论文以校企融合概念及特点展开研究的，基于校企融合分析了商务英语专业培养的现状，提出了在校企融合背景下商务英语专业人才培养的策略，以有助于社会各个产业对商务英语专业人才的需求。
