中文摘要：改革开放以来，中小企业为我国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。现在，在我国社会主义市场经济的持续发展下，中小企业逐渐成为拉动经济地方经济增长的重要力量，也逐步成为我国发展社会生产力的主力军。中小企业也为社会提供了大量的就业机会、创造了相当大的国民财富，是推动经济发展和维护社会发展稳定的一支重要力量。中小企业在我国国民经济发展中正发挥着越来越重要的作用，但中小企业在发展中也存在诸多问题。近年来由于企业竞争的激烈，许多企业面临较大的困难，影响和制约着中小企业的进一步发展。但现在国家和企业也积极寻找解决办法来促进中小企业的健康发展。所以我们完全相信在不久的将来，我国中小企业现在所遇到问题能够得到很好的解决。本文论述了中小企业在中国的现状及面对的问题，并根据问题提出了一系列的解决对策，如政府如何加强引导中小企业的发展和中小企业自身的改革等，以此为中国中小企业的健康发展提供借鉴。
