中文摘要：在众多翻译理论中，美国著名翻译家尤金奈达的功能对等理论受到广泛探讨，该理论对许多类型的翻译具有重要指导作用。文学翻译是一种既需传达原意又要传达美感的特殊翻译，而其中文化空缺现象不可避免，因此对文化负载词的翻译策略的研究意义重大。

本文在奈达的功能对等理论的基础上，对中国文学作品《骆驼祥子》施晓菁译本中的文化负载词的翻译策略进行了分析研究。本篇论文主要分为四个部分。第一部分介绍了研究背景及意义。第二部分是文献综述，首先对尤金奈达及其功能对等理论做了介绍，简述了该理论的内容及四个原则；接着阐述了文化负载词的定义及五种分类，以及常见的翻译策略。其次是老舍和《骆驼祥子》的简介。最后概括了国内外对功能对等理论下文化负载词的相关研究状况。第三部分选取施晓菁英译本中含有文化负载词的例句，按照生态、物质、社会、宗教、语言文化负载词分类，对其翻译策略进行研究。最后一部分对前文内容进行总结得出，在文学翻译中，译者应在尊重内容的前提下，结合上下文语境选择最适合的翻译策略，最大限度保持形式对等，如果内容和形式无法顾全，则应以内容为重。
