Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of global economy, this paper starts from the concept of terms of address, goes deep into the concept itself, classifies the address forms, and adopts the case analysis method to study the use of address terms in two kinds of communication situations. From the perspective of pragmatics, this paper analyzes the differences and the influencing factors in the use of the address terms in different situations, and recognizes the importance of the proper use of the terms of address, and master the appropriate use of address forms in different business communication.
